Alexander Pazderski
Since early 2006, Alex has been Investment Manager at Bulgarian Land
Development plc, a real estate investment and development company, listed on
the AIM segment of the London Stock Exchange, where he oversees investment
projects with a gross development value exceeding Euro 250 mln. Before joining BLD, Alexander was Partner and Director of Corporate Finance and Research
at a leading corporate finance advisory firm based in Sofia. There he has
been a team leader in the execution of core M&A assignments in the region.
Alex has paddled more than 20,000 km with his kayak on the rivers of
Bulgaria and Europe, being one of the few people to have participated for 16
consecutive years in Tour International Danubien (TID) - the longest (2,500+
km) paddling tour in the world. He has a Master's degree in International Business, as well as additional qualifications in financial analysis and investment banking. Alexander Pazderski has published extensively in leading business newspapers and magazines in Bulgaria and abroad.

Andrew Mihailov
Andrew Mihailov is a graduate of Sofia University Department of Law. He has participated in a number of training courses by the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the German Bundeskartellamt. He has specialized in the field of competition law and has worked in the Antitrust Directorate of the Bulgarian Commission for the Protection of Competition (CPC). Currently, he is engaged with protection of competition issues on the market of fixed and mobile communications at a local private telecommunications company. Andrew Mihailov is directly involved with protection against infringements such as abuse of dominant position and fixed price market distortions. He is also qualified to tackle and investigate prohibited cartel arrangements and other collusion practices. He has several years experience lecturing on protection of competition and has published a number of articles and monographs on current developments in the area of competition law, administrative law, and international relations.

Apostol Mushmov
Apostol Mushmov has authored the book Reversed Marketing: CRM (published by ForKom) and several articles on CRM in the ENTERPRISE professional journal in 2009. Mushmov's contribution in the area of Applied Math has earned him international acclaim. He is an Associate Fellow of the Royal Institute of Applied Mathematics in the UK. He began his teaching career while completing his graduate studies at Sofia Technical University. Later, he joined a science research team and taught at Greenwich University London. Upon his return to Bulgaria, he worked for insurance company Allianz Bulgaria and Vivacom as Risk Manager, Pricing Manager, Marketing Manager and CRM Manager. He was involved in all major Vivacom projects from 2004 till 2009. He has been a managing partner at VBD Consult since 2008. He is providing advice to a number of companies from the retail, insurance and services sectors. He has additional qualifications and certificates in marketing, analysis, and the use of a number of business software applications.

Borislav Borisov, Ph.D.
Dr. Borisov is an associate professor at Svishtov Academy “D. A. Cenov”. He is a senior lecturer in strategic planning, business planning and budgeting, securities and stock exchange trading. He has authored over 60 publications and monographs on applied research topics. He has taught a number of courses in adult education through internationally sponsored projects including training in strategic planning and business valuation.

Borislav Naidenov, Ph.D.
Dr. Naidenov has graduated law, history and philosophy from Sofia University and studied banking at the University of
National and World Economy (UNWE), Sofia. He has done graduate studies in international politics, international trade law,
and international finance management and banking at various universities in the US, Great Britain, Germany and China.
He has completed doctoral studies in international economic relations at the College of International Politics at Beijing
University, China. He is currently a Sofia Bar Association lawyer.
Dr. Naidenov has extensive international experience as expert and consultant with numerous projects IBRD, World Bank,
EBRD, USAID and FLAG Consortium, the EU PHARE Program, UNFAO etc.
Dr. Naidenov has written and published 15 books and over 200 monographs and articles in the areas of banking, insurance,
trade and finance law, trade finance, international relations and national security. He has taught law at Sofia University,
the International Banking Institute, and the Bank Training and Development Center at UNWE, Sofia.

Daniela Ivanova has a Masters in Organizational Psychology from Sofia University. She is a business development and change management consultant. She has fourteen years experience as a trainer in effective communications, team development, leadership skills, motivation, time and stress management, presentation and negotiation skills, train the trainer, mediation in problem solving. Diana Georgieva has a Master degree in the field of Marketing at Burgas Open University and a Master degree in International Economic Relations at the University of National and World Economy. She has worked for a marketing agency and some trade companies. For the last few years she is the Marketing manager of Orgachim J.S.Co. (www.orgachim.bg). Series of successful brands were designed there under her supervision - LEKO, BLAGO, PROTECTA, Mr. Zink, CHAMELECON and more. Diana Georgieva initiated the development of a franchising package for the shop chain CHAMELECON. At present she is at the position of Marketing manager of a grocery chain FAMILIA. Diana Georgieva is the winner of 2003 award "Brand Manager of the Year" (1st national competition of Bulgarian Marketing Association).

Dimiter Tenchev, Ph.D.
Dr. Tenchev has done graduate studies at a number of leading European Universities in the Netherlands, Denmark, Great
Britain, and Germany. He has extensive consulting experience in Bulgaria, conducting firm level diagnostics, developing
management strategies, systems for quality assurance and industry cost optimization, as well as in designing
management and organizational structures. He has developed the prospectuses of three Bulgarian privatization
funds for the voucher privatization and restructuring of municipal property. He has published a number of research
studies in the areas of quality management, business logistics, company management, management and maintenance
of industrial equipment, productivity management. He has written several quality management books. Dr. Tenchev is a

Dobrinka Chavdarova has been involved with marketing of FMCG: food-stuffs, coffee and tea. She has experience in the marketing of toys and leisure equipment. Dobrin Mirevski
Dobrin Mirevski is currently Business Development Director at EOS Matrix. Prior to this he was Customer Service at Melexis, the leading international manufacturer of integrated circuits and sensors, Export Manager at ORT Inc., the largest Bulgarian furniture manufacturer, Regional Sales Manager for Europe and North America at Balkanpharma (Actavis Inc.). Eleonora Stancheva
Eleonora Stancheva has a Master's degree in Macroeconomics and a Bachelor's degree in Economics with Distinction from Sofia University "St. Kl. Ohridski", Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (FEBA). She specialized in international accounting, public sector accounting and utility companies' accounting. She is working as an Assistant Professor in Accounting for seven years at FEBA. Eleonora Stancheva has worked as an accounting expert and corporate analyst for several USAID projects. Elka Atanasova
Ms. Atanasova is HR Manager with Melexis, an international company for automotive integrated circuits. She has responsibility for the Bulgarian, Swiss and German operations of the company. Previously, she worked for Coca-Cola HBC for six years. She has grown within the HR department occupying positions such as National Training Manager and Strategic Staffing and Employee Relations Manager. Ms. Atanasova has gained the reputation of an effective trainer. She has provided coaching and train-the-trainer expertise. Emile Kalchev, Ph.D.
Dr. Emil Kalchev has a Masters in international relations from UNWE and is a Doctor of economics and social sciences of the Vienna University of Economics. He has taken post-doctoral studies at Bamberg University, Germany within a project related to modeling of EC taxes and pension insurance. Dr. Kalchev has specialized in corporate finance and taxation at Tubingen University, Germany, as well as at Vienna University of Economics and the University of Vienna. Georgi Spasov
Georgi Spasov is managing partner in "Spasov & Bratanov" Lawyers' Partnership, Advocate, LL.B. (Sofia) LL.M. (London). He has been a lawyer since 1988 and a Member of the Bar since 1993. For seven years he was a name partner with another Sofia law firm. Ivan Ivanchev is an Internet Marketing specialist, whose academic expertise has been enhanced by his extensive experience in both Bulgaria and Germany.
Having worked for leading IT companies in Berlin, such as Jamba GmbH è Gedas GmbH, he was hired in 2005 as a senior web specialist with an ambitious web-based project for the Albena beach resort. Ivailo Avramov has over ten years experience as trainer and consultant in the field of statistics, quantitative methods, computational and statistical models for financial planning and reporting. Mr. Kanaryan is PhD in Economics and assistant professor at the Finance and Credit Department at Tsenov Academy of Economics in Svishtov. Peter Manovsky is a marketing consultant for FMCG. He has an MBA in marketing and finance from Cologne University, Germany. Rositsa Boncheva has an M.Sn. in Economics. Roumen Brusarski, Ph.D.
Dr. Brusarski has an MA in finance and a Ph.D. in Economics. He has been the Deputy Dean of the Finance Department at
the College of Finance and Accounting of UNWE since 2001. He has specialized in the areas such as cost benefit analysis,
public finance, etc. at Pierre Mendez University in Grenoble, France, the University of Maastricht, the Netherlands, the
University of Leicester, England, BA - Ravensburg, Germany and other universities abroad. For the last three years he has
been the Director of the National University Center in Public Finance. Dr. Brusarski is teaching public finance, cost benefit
analysis, capital budgeting, credit and insurance, investment etc. at various universities and institutions. He has served as
deputy executive director of the Agriculture State Fund, Head of Department at the Ministry of Economy, and worked as
finance consultant. He has written and published several books on issues of finance and taxation as well as a number of
different monographs and articles.

Ross Abadjiev is a Certified Management Consultant with 15 years experience in executive training, business development, and project management, as well as 11 years experience in leadership roles with implementers of USAID-funded private sector competitiveness and economic development projects in Bulgaria and SEE region. Tatiana Konakchieva is a Certified Public Accountant, member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is a licensed firm level Business Evaluator by the Agency of Privatization. She has taught numerous courses in accountancy, tax legislation, audit compliance for International Accounting Standards (IAS) and National Accounting Standards. Ms. Konakchieva is consulting in the field of accountancy, taxation and social security legislation. Tzvetelina Teneva was the Marketing Manager of Orbitel AD and she was responsible for the public image and communications of Orbitel between 2000 and 2008. Ms Alexandrova has a Master's Degree in Public Relations from The Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication of The Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". Her first professional experience is at the Government Information Service in the fields of media monitoring, international media relations, covering Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Culture and state agencies. Since 2000, Tzvetelina Alexandrova is Marketing Communication Manager at Orbitel, Inc., dealing with integrated marketing communications management, good citizenship programs, strategic and tactical Public Relations, brand management, image positioning and re-positioning, advertising strategies, event management, product communication strategies, etc.

Valentin Yonchev
Valentin Yonchev has an M.S. in Finance from the Tsenov Academy of Economics - Svishtov, Bulgaria with a major in Corporate Finance. He has completed a number of postgraduate courses in finance management, including internal audit, business planning, financial modeling, and cost accounting. He has managed a number of projects concerned with the implementation of ERPs. He has provided business consulting to ? number of large Bulgarian companies in the field of business planning, financial analysis and management. As Vice CFO at STS Holding Group – Gabrovo, for two years, he has been in charge of the Finance Operations and Analysis Department. He has also worked as Budgeting & Planning Officer at Lukoil focusing on optimizing the budget and planning the reporting cycle. He has served as Lead Financial Consultant at Vidima AD / American Standard Europe, leading the Finance and Controlling reengineering and shared services team; and at Coca Cola, where he was responsible for optimizing the Business Consolidation System and supporting Business Planning and Simulation. Currently, he is working at Atos Consulting Belux in Brussels, as Director International Business Consulting. Formerly he has worked as Senior Business & Management Consultant and SAP Project Manager and Executive Business Consultant.

Viktor Manev, CMC
Viktor Manev, Managing Partner of MM Consult-Bulgaria, is a Certified Management Consultant and Chair of the Ethics Committee at
the Bulgarian Association of Management Consulting Organizations (BAMCO). Mr. Manev has BS in Finance (1993) from
WVWC, WV and has specialized in comparative studies at the University of Oxford, England in 1997. He started his carrier
in 1993 in the State Insurance Institute (DZI), the largest insurance company in Bulgaria at the time and was responsible
for the marketing strategy of the life insurance division in 1994 and the formation of a private pension fund in 1995. Prior
to founding MM Consult Mr. Manev served as chief financier of the Center for Mass Privatization at the Council of Ministers
from 1996 till 1998 where he was responsible for the institutional financing of the privatization process of over 1,000
Bulgarian enterprises.

Victor Vranski
Victor Vranski has eleven years management experience in major local and international companies. He has been Bulgaria Director of Sales and Marketing for Maersk Line, the Danish logistics company; Sales Manager with TNT, the global courier service; Head of Sales and Marketing with DSK Asset Management AD. Mr. Vranski has a Masters in Marketing Management and another degree in Engineering. He is a graduate of the business trainer course of Italian consultant Paolo Coniasco. Mr. Vranski has conducted in-house training for the sales teams of a number of companies. He has trained over 380 employees from DSK Bank in effective selling skills in 2005/6.

Zhivko Bonev, Ph.D.
Dr. Zhivko Bonev is a senior research fellow and Certified Public Accountant (CPA), member of the Institute of Certified
Public Accountants and Managing Partner of Bonev Soft and Bonev Soft Expert. He has carried out over 190 company
and bank audits of which 36 corporate audits of large enterprises. He was President of the CPA Association from 1992 to
1997 and Member of the Managing Board of the CPA Institute from 1996 to 1999. He was elected Vice Chair of the CPA
Institute in 1999. He has co-authored and published 19 monographs, textbooks and other papers in Bulgaria and abroad.
He has published over 180 articles, and conference papers, and has developed several accounting software
packages implemented at over 10,000 companies in Bulgaria and abroad. He is a trainer in accounting and tax legislation,
and has taught a number of courses in IAS.
